Benutzerzentrierte Gestaltung unserer Online Education Plattform inklusive der Kunden-Touchpoints.
Ownership für die gesamte Entwicklungsphase: Von der ersten Idee bis zum finalen Design
Entwicklung von neuen Designkonzepten mit dem Fokus auf User Interface- und Interaction-Design sowie Vervollständigung unsere bestehenden UI-Designsysteme auf höchstem Qualitätsniveau.
Vollständige Ausarbeitung sowie Ergänzung von unseren bestehenden UI-Designsystemen und Komponenten-Bibliotheken.
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern in der Organisation

Dein Profil

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im UX / UI Design, im Optimalfall für B2B Kunden.
Hoher Anspruch an die Qualität deiner Designs.
Tiefgreifendes Verständnis für Nutzer-Interaktionen in Web und Applikationen. Idealerweise bringst du bereits Erfahrung mit B2B Plattformen mit.
Erfahrung mit Figma und Miro.
Kenntnisse von Projektmanagement-Tools wie ClickUp sowie E2E Testing Frameworks.
technisches Basis-Verständnis für die Funktionsweise von Webanwendungen (HTML, CSS).
Begeisterung für das Thema Bildung, Digitalisierung und neue Technologien.
Deutschkenntnisse auf Level B1 sowie sehr gute Englisch Kenntnisse.

Your mission

user-centred design of our online education platform including customer touchpoints
ownership for the entire development phase: from the first idea to the final design
development of new design concepts with a focus on user interface and interaction design
completing and addition of our existing UI design systems at the highest level of quality
collaboration with various stakeholders in the organization

Your profile

several years of professional experience in UX/ UI design, ideally in B2B business
high demands on the quality of your designs
deep understanding of user interactions in web applications
experience with figma and miro
knowledge of project management tools such as ClickUp and E2E testing frameworks
technical understanding of how web applications work (HTML, CSS)
enthusiasm for the topics education, digitalization and new technologies
German at level B1 and English C1
